I have been fortunate to have been coached by George in 2014 while he was in Siemens South Africa. His techniques applied allowed me to have a practical understanding of my locus of control and to implement the broadening thereof in a responsible and accountable manner both from a career development and personal perspective. The coaching provided a stable springboard for my next steps in my career and deeper insights of myself. All sessions were provided around my schedule and stayed within the planned timeframes. All sessions were treated with high confidentiality and George’s approach to the sessions created that circle of trust. Some years back I found myself in an awkward personal and professional space. I ended up having a few coaching sessions with George, which I must say I was sceptical about. I had a very introspective and somewhat negative attitude, and after a few short sessions with George my outlook changed. As a coach he certainly assisted me in adjusting my approach to situations and thought processes. Little did I know that it triggered a process that a few years down the line, I am ultimately doing something I am very passionate about, and completely different from what I was doing then.
